Motivation
VI brings strong in-house expertise in renewable energy and years of hands-on experience supporting MSEs on their sustainability journey. From tailored advice on energy efficiency to designing “unburdening” pathways that make the transition manageable, WVI helps businesses take real action. With a mission to accelerate the shift towards a decentralized, renewable and efficient energy system, WVI focuses on making buildings more energy-smart, boosting the share of renewables, and guiding MSEs towards climate neutrality.
VI’s pilot empowers MSEs on their journey to climate neutrality. Through energy scans, tailored advice, and hands-on knowledge sharing, businesses take concrete steps to boost efficiency, adopt renewables, and cut carbon emissions. The core ambition: creating practical, scalable pathways towards a sustainable and future-proof business model.
Approach
WVI combines inspiring info sessions with in-depth energy assessments and personalized guidance. MSEs gain clear insights into their energy use, followed by concrete recommendations and support to put sustainable measures into practice. By exchanging experiences and learning from each other, participants co-create best practices that will be translated into a blueprint ready to replicate across regions.
Expected impact
WVI’s pilot will lead to measurable carbon reductions and stronger sustainability know-how among participating businesses. In the long run, it will deliver a widely applicable master plan, enabling other companies and regions to accelerate their transition to climate neutrality.
